By accessing and using RepReel ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

RepReel is an AI-powered video editing platform designed for fitness creators to enhance their workout videos with data overlays and automated editing features.

3. Data Storage

Important Notice: RepReel is currently in development phase. We do not currently store, collect, or retain any user data, personal information, or uploaded content. All processing is done temporarily and no data is permanently stored on our servers.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you upload and process through our service
• You must have the right to use any fitness data or video content you submit
• You agree not to upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse our AI technology

5. Intellectual Property

RepReel and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RepReel and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Service Availability

RepReel is currently in development. We make no guarantees about service availability, uptime, or functionality. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

RepReel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
